PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

Mark is a partner at Herdeg, du Pont & Dalle Pazze, LLP. He focuses in the areas of estate and business planning, wealth transfer, estate and trust litigation, estate and trust administration, and tax law. He was previously associated with Cooch and Taylor, P.A., from 2014 through 2016 where he was an associate in the Trusts, Estates, and Tax Group. 

Mark graduated from the Villanova University School of Law which he attended on an academic scholarship for the majority of tuition. After his first year of law school, Mark was a summer clerk for Vice Chancellor Glasscock and Master Ayvazian in the Delaware Court of Chancery. After his second year, Mark was a summer associate in the Trusts, Estates and Tax Group at Cooch and Taylor, P.A. In his third year, while working in the Villanova University School of Law Federal Tax Clinic, Mark represented low income taxpayers in various federal tax proceedings against the IRS. 

Before attending law school, Mark double-majored in Economics and Finance, minored in International Business, and graduated magna cum laude from the Honors Program at the University of Delaware, which he attended on a full academic scholarship.
