PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

Mark is a partner at Herdeg, du Pont & Dalle Pazze, LLP. His practice is primarily focused in estate and business planning, wealth transfer, estate and trust litigation, estate and trust administration, and tax law. He was previously associated with Cooch and Taylor, P.A., where he was an attorney in the Trusts, Estates, and Tax Group.

Mark graduated from the Villanova University School of Law which he attended on an academic scholarship. During law school Mark was a summer clerk for Vice Chancellor Glasscock and Master Ayvazian in the Delaware Court of Chancery. Mark also represented low-income taxpayers in federal tax proceedings against the IRS in the Federal Tax Clinic.

Before attending law school, Mark graduated magna cum laude from the Honors Program at the University of Delaware which he attended on a full academic scholarship.  Mark was born and raised in Delaware where he graduated from Sanford School magna cum laude.
