PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

Will du Pont was a founding partner of Herdeg, du Pont & Dalle Pazze, LLP. Will focuses on the areas of estate administration and fiduciary income taxation.

Will was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1981 and the Delaware Bar in 1989.  He graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1981 and worked as a Tax Attorney for several years at Touche, Ross & Co., which later merged with Deloitte.  Will then moved to Richards, Layton & Finger, PA, before joining John Herdeg to eventually found Herdeg, du Pont & Dalle Pazze, LLP.
