Kelsey Looney is a dedicated, detail-oriented paralegal with a strong probate administration and legal support background. She has contributed her expertise as a paralegal at Herdeg, du Pont & Dalle Pazze, LLP, where she has made significant contributions since January 2023.

Previously, Kelsey worked as a legal aide for Ciro C. Poppitti, New Castle County Register of Wills. Before that, she gained experience at the Vicmead Hunt Club & Bidermann Golf Course. Kelsey earned her Bachelor’s in Political Science and Criminal Justice from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania before completing an ABA paralegal certificate program at Wilmington University.
